A native of Aherla, Joe has over 40 years of experience in the Agri industry. He co-founded Agway in 1987. Joe is very proud of the fact that Agway are innovators, we were one of the first companies to introduce both Silage Inoculants and Slurry Additives in Ireland. Joe believes in the importance of having good products for farmers, he spends a great amount of time researching and branding the newest and best products for the market. Joe has grown a hugely successful business with a comprehensive range of Agway’s own branded products.
Andrew was born and raised on a dairy farm in Clondrohid, Macroom, Co. Cork. Having studied in Clonakilty Agricultural College and CIT he gained a BSc in Agriculture. Andrew has 12 years of experience working in the Agri industry. He joined Agway in 2020 and since then has been instrumental in building our innovative range of calf products including the new Agway Boost range and our own branded Calf Milk Replacers. He specialises in Calf Nutrition and Automatic Calf Feeders and he prides himself in giving the most up to date advice on the best products that are available on the market.
Roland joined the Agway team in 2021, a local West Cork man who has always had a strong interest in farming. He studied at Clonakilty Agricultural College where he qualified in Dairy Herd Management, he then attended Cork Institute of Technology where he completed a level 8 BSc Hons in Agriculture. Keen to expand his knowledge to support his role and his clients, Roland studied Pest Control and Sustainable use of Pesticides in UCD. With over 8 years of experience as a Technical Sales Advisor, Roland enjoys sharing his knowledge on maximising animal performance, including being proficient in calf health and nutrition. He also offers in-depth knowledge of grassland management and reseeding to promote farm production in the most cost effective way.
